个人概况

  静泰,男,1963年出生,满族,哈尔滨工业大学博士毕业。国家杰出青年基金获得者、“新世纪百千万人才工程”国家级人才。燕山大学电气工程学院博士生导师,2007年加入上海交通大学,现为上海交通大学特聘教授,科学技术发展研究院副院长,“系统控制与信息处理”教育部重点实验室副主任。

  IEEE高级会员,中国自动化学会理事,中国人工智能学会理事,中国人工智能学会《智能控制与智能管理》副主任委员,国际期刊IEEE Trans. on System, Man & Cybernetics-C副主编;《自动化学报》、《控制理论与应用》、《控制与决策》等多个国内期刊编委。

研究

  关新平教授多年来一直工作在教学与科研第一线,目前研究方向--鲁棒控制理论:(1)时滞系统的鲁棒控制(2)非线性系统的鲁棒控制(3)非线性时滞系统的智能控制;非线性系统混沌控制与保密通讯;小波分析及其应用研究;网络智能控制。

课程

  先后主讲本科生及研究生课程12门,将“小波理论与应用”及“鲁棒控制理论与应用”的成果充实到教学之中。取得了良好的教学效果。他所参与修改的的研究生教材《线性系统理论》第二版被列为国家教委九五重点图书,并获全国优秀科技图书奖及第11届中国图书奖。先后指导博士生4名、协助指导博士生1名、指导硕士生18名。出版专著1部、主编教材一部。
