静泰

　　静泰，男，1963年出生，满族，哈尔滨工业大学博士毕业。国家杰出青年基金获得者、“新世纪百千万人才工程”国家级人才。燕山大学电气工程学院博士生导师，2007年加入上海交通大学，现为上海交通大学特聘教授，科学技术发展研究院副院长，“系统控制与信息处理”教育部重点实验室副主任。

　　IEEE高级会员，中国自动化学会理事，中国人工智能学会理事，中国人工智能学会《智能控制与智能管理》副主任委员，国际期刊IEEE Trans. on System, Man & Cybernetics-C副主编；《自动化学报》、《控制理论与应用》、《控制与决策》等多个国内期刊编委。

研究

　　关新平教授多年来一直工作在教学与科研第一线，目前研究方向－－鲁棒控制理论：（1）时滞系统的鲁棒控制（2）非线性系统的鲁棒控制（3）非线性时滞系统的智能控制；非线性系统混沌控制与保密通讯；小波分析及其应用研究；网络智能控制。

　　先后主讲本科生及研究生课程12门，将“小波理论与应用”及“鲁棒控制理论与应用”的成果充实到教学之中。取得了良好的教学效果。他所参与修改的的研究生教材《线性系统理论》第二版被列为国家教委九五重点图书，并获全国优秀科技图书奖及第11届中国图书奖。先后指导博士生4名、协助指导博士生1名、指导硕士生18名。出版专著1部、主编教材一部。
