个人经历

负责网页搜索、微信搜索、英文搜索、搜狗翻译等多个产品线的整体研发工作，为搜狗搜索成为中国第二大搜索引擎奠定坚实基础。

曾带领团队在AI领域推出多个首发产品。

研发搜狗汪仔机器人，在中文知识问答领域首次战胜人类冠军。2017年2月6日，在《一站到底》节目改版后的首场机器人对战比赛中，机器人汪仔获得胜利；汪仔是搜狗品牌的吉祥物形象，形象经过无数次的推敲与修改，于2015年9月正式上线；《一站到底》是2012年3月2日江苏卫视推出的全新益智答题类节目。

国内首家上线全神经机器翻译商业引擎——搜狗翻译，支持61种语言与中文的互译，并持续保持领先。首次将神经机器翻译与搜索相结合，推出跨语言搜索——搜狗英文搜索，同时支持查询词、搜索结果和网页全文的翻译，让用户用中文搜索与浏览全世界。将翻译与图像技术相结合，国内首家推出离、在线的实景拍照翻译。

2016年，主持发布 “搜狗明医”医疗搜索，旨在把权威、真实有效的医疗信息提供给用户，大力推动了医疗搜索行业发展。近年带领团队大力发展AI医疗健康，陆续推出新冠肺炎AI自测、AI问答机器人、AI营养师等多款AI医疗产品。

任职信息

2018年4月19日，晋升为搜狗公司副总裁。

2018年6月30日，接任搜狗公司搜索事业部负责人。[1]

2020年7月13日，北京搜狗信息服务有限公司发生工商变更，搜狗原CFO周毅退出法定代表人、董事长，由许静芳接任。[4]

2020年8月1日，晋升为搜狗公司高级副总裁。[5]

2022年1月，出任腾讯WXG微信事业群搜索应用部副总经理。

2021年9月23日，经国务院批准，获国家科学技术进步奖二等奖。

2020年12月27日，经中国中文信息学会批准，获钱伟长中文信息处理科学技术奖一等奖。
