If We Ever Meet Again

Timberland在MTV的访问中提到，这首歌的灵感来源是Will.I.Am为黑眼豆豆制作的歌曲《I Gotta Feeling》，让他希望做出一首让人感觉很好很快乐的歌。另外在谈到这首歌中他选择唱而不是说唱时，他回答：“这不是什么了不起的唱法，但对我来说可以接受而且也适合我的声音。如果让别人来唱这首歌，听起来就太过了。”歌曲的最后，Timberland的弟弟Sebastian负责了一小段说唱部分。

MV拍摄于2009年十二月，导演是执导过《Morning After Dark》和《Say Something》的Paul "Coy" Allen，2010年1月18日首播。与Timberland之前在MTV采访提到过的“严肃的”和“守护天使”的概念不同，这个MV讲述的是一个珠宝大盗（Julian Graham饰）和一个艺术品大盗（Nadine Heimann饰）的爱情故事。MV充满剧情感，Katy和Timberland的演唱穿插其中。
