玛伦·斯塔普莱顿

1959年进入电影界，以《寂寞的心》首登银幕，即获奥斯卡最佳女配角提名。次年及1978年又分别以《九霄惊魂》、《内心世界》获奥斯卡最佳女配角提名。1981年以《赤色分子》（又译《乱世情天》）荣获第54届奥斯卡最佳女配角金像奖。其它代表性影片还有《欲火情焰》、《欢乐今宵》、《斗气俏冤家》、《天茧》、《终止》等。

玛伦·斯塔普莱顿（Maureen Stapleton）1925年6月21日出生于美国纽约州特洛伊市。2006年3月13日，因慢性肺病在美国马萨诸塞州去世。

斯塔普莱顿曾有两次婚姻，1949年与第一任丈夫Max A. Allentuck结婚，两人于1959年离婚。斯塔普莱顿和Allentuck育有两个孩子。1963年与第二任丈夫David Rayfiel结婚，两人于1966年离婚，无子女。
