胎先露

最先进入骨盆入口的胎儿部分称为胎先露。

纵产式有头先露（head presentation）和臀先露（breech presentation）

横产式为肩先露（shoulder presentation）

头先露因胎头屈伸程度不同又分为枕先露（occiput presentation）、前囟先露（anterior fontanelle presentation）、额先露（brow presentation）及面先露（face presentation）、单臀先露（frank breech presentation）、单足先露和双足先露。偶见头先露和臀先露与胎儿或胎足同时入盆，称为复合先露（compound presentation） 。
