约翰·科特：哈佛商学院松下幸之助领导学教授。早年就读于麻雀理工学院和哈佛大学，1972年开始任教于哈佛商学院。1980年，时年33岁的他被商学院授予终身教授，成为哈佛大学历史上获此殊荣的最年轻的人之一。

约翰·科特(JOHN P.KOTTER)，JOHN P.KOTTER is Konosuke Matsushita Professor of Leadership at the Harvard Business School and an internationally recognized authority on managerial behavior and leadership.He lives in Cambridge,Massachusetts,with his wife and children.
