主料

中芹,红萝卜各2两(约80克),红椒1只,上汤适量

                                                                             

                                                             

 

做法

1、海带用水浸洗耳恭听干净后切丝,然后漂水去除咸味,再用热水略煮片刻去黏液,用上汤略煨。

2、银鱼洗净,用盐腌片刻,然后洗去盐分,走油;中芹、红萝卜洗净切丝;红椒切丝。

3、用红椒起镬,然后加入中芹与红萝卜同炒,加入海带及银鱼再炒,调味后即可。
