储涛 , 1991年于四川大学无线电电子学系毕业,1991-1995年在电子工业部第43研究所工作,任助理工程师;1996年-2002年在日本京都工艺纤维大学学习,获工学博士学位;2001-2003年任职日本学术振兴会(JSPS)特别研究员,从事半导体光学检测及光电检测仪器的研究;2003-2009年任职日本光产业技术振兴协会(OITDA)研究员,2006-2011年任职日本电气株式会社(NEC)中央研究所硅基光子学研究部主任、主任研究员;2009-2011年任职日本国家产业技术综合研究所(AIST)纳米器件中心主任研究员、主管。从2003年起从事光子晶体、硅基光子器件、光电集成子系统及相关方向研究。全职加入中国科学院半导体研究所,任研究员。

研究领域

储涛博士长期从事硅基光电子集成器件及子系统研究,近年主要业绩包括:先后独立或参加研制成功世界最早硅基光子晶体光开关(2005)、最小硅基光子线波导光开关(2006)、最小光子晶体ROADM模块(2007)、最小2x4波长选择开关(2008)、首台硅基波长可调激光器(2009)和100 nm带宽最宽硅基波长可调激光器(2010)等光子器件及模块。申请美国专利1项,日本专利3项,发表论文近60篇,被引用数百次。目前承担多项国家研究项目和国际合作项目。
