Abstract: This paper studied the effects of different water-based wax consistency on the anticorrosiveness of blueish steel strips. Their performances on anticorrosion were observed via simulated industrial experiments from which the desirable working wax concentration range was found, aiming at the improvement on anticorrsion ability. The optimum wax working concentration and its most applicable storage condition have been figured out by comparative study on different concentrations and between coated and uncoated scenarios under differenct reaction time.
