新爱华CDC-X237一机多病修理

　　新爱华ＣＤＣ－Ｘ２３７，开机无背光，显示正常．ＣＤ能正常播放，但声音极轻，开到最大也只能听到一点点声音．收音收不到台也无噪声．查音频处理ＩＣ　ＩＣ４０１　Ｌ７５４２１　ＶＤＤ３５脚正常应该是８Ｖ，实际只有１.５Ｖ．该电压来自Ｑ８２１（２ＳＤ２０１２）Ｅ极，测其Ｃ极无电压输入，Ｃ极电压是由Ｑ８０１（２ＳＢ１３７５）Ｃ极提供的．测其Ｅ极和Ｂ极电压均正常，但Ｃ极无输出，拆下Ｂ１３７５检测其ＢＥ极已开路．更换同型号管子后故障全部排除．
